Spring is in full swing, and we are celebrating the best of the season with fresh asparagus and handmade Italian classics. Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn to make fresh pasta with seasonal asparagus, followed by a traditional Italian Dinner.

How It Works: 

1. Introduction to Ingredients & Techniques Our Italian instructor kicks things off by introducing different types of flours and traditional pasta-making techniques.

2. Making the Dough from Scratch You'll dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process.

3. Wine Break While the dough rests, we relax and enjoy a glass of wine, getting to know each other.

4. Rolling & Shaping the Pasta The real work begins as we roll out the dough and shape it into pasta, guided step by step by our instructor. Everyone will dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process. Our Italian pasta maker kicks things off by introducing different types of flours and traditional pasta-making techniques.

Please note that bookings are a full commitment, due to our small class sizes and the fresh ingredients we prepare specifically for each guest, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

If you are feeling unwell or can't make it, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule your booking for a future workshop when possible.

If we ever need to cancel the workshop on our end, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
