You will roll, shape, craft, and cook fresh pasta, then sit down to enjoy your meal for lunch with our homemade tomato sauce and cheesy toppings.
A hands-on, fun experience with a delicious finish, perfect for making memories and pasta together.
The class is bilingual (Portuguese and English), welcoming local families and visitors alike.

How It Works: 

1. Introduction to Ingredients & Techniques Our Italian instructor kicks things off by introducing different types of flours and traditional pasta-making techniques.

2. Making the Dough from Scratch You'll dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process.

3. Wine Break While the dough rests, we relax and enjoy a glass of wine, getting to know each other.

4. Rolling & Shaping the Pasta The real work begins as we roll out the dough and shape it into pasta, guided step by step by our instructor. Everyone will dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process.
