How It Works:  1. Introduction to Ingredients & Techniques Our Italian instructor kicks things off by introducing different types of flours and traditional pasta-making techniques. 2. Making the Dough from Scratch You will dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process. 3. Wine Break While the dough rests, we relax and enjoy a glass of wine, getting to know each other. 4. Rolling & Shaping the Pasta The real work begins as we roll out the dough and shape it into pasta, guided step by step by our instructor. Everyone will dive right into making your own dough by hand, learning every step of the process. 

5. To finish, we will make a classic Italian tiramisu together, learning how to layer this much-loved dessert from scratch. Then comes the best part: sitting down to enjoy our homemade tiramisu together! What's Included:
