A Culinary Experience
by the Ocean
Join our all-inclusive culinary retreat in Sines. Four nourishing days of traditional pasta-making,
shared meals, and seasonal Italian cooking, all in a relaxed coastal setting.
Dolce Far Niente
Imagine waking up by the ocean, starting your day with yoga or Pilates, followed by a fresh, local breakfast.
Over three days in Sines, Portugal, we’ll slow down and reconnect with food, nature, and ourselves, inspired by the Italian Dolce Far Niente, the sweetness of doing nothing.
We’ll cook together, make pasta by hand, share long meals, and enjoy time for swims, walks, and quiet moments in a beautifully curated setting.

Culinary Experience
We will cook together, share long meals under the sun, and explore the joy of making pasta by hand. Learn traditional Italian techniques in hands-on pasta workshops using fresh, seasonal ingredients. From shaping dough to perfecting sauces, the kitchen becomes a space for creativity and connection.
Each meal is prepared with care and shared around the table, a celebration of good food, local flavors, and slow living.
The Villa
We’ll stay at Manas Coliving, a soulful seaside home in Sines, built in the 1950s by the great-grandfather of Ines and Rita. With vintage charm, ocean views, and stories in every corner, this is more than just a place to sleep, it’s a place to feel at home.
There are six rooms in total, a mix of doubles, triples, and singles, so whether you’re coming with a friend or flying solo, there’s a cozy spot for you.
Mornings begin with the sound of waves and breakfast in the sunny garden. Days are for cooking together, stretching in the shade, or taking a dip in the ocean just minutes away.
This is an intimate, shared retreat designed to feel like home. We’ll gather, rest, laugh, and leave with new friends and sweet memories of dolce far niente by the sea.
