The Pasta Retreat is a weekend-long immersive experience centered around fresh pasta-making workshops. Participants will enjoy hands-on classes, delicious meals, and a cozy co-living atmosphere from Thursday to Sunday.
The retreat takes place at a beautiful Manas Coliving in Sines, Portugal, designed for relaxation and community. The exact location will be shared upon booking.
This retreat is perfect for food lovers, home cooks, and anyone who enjoys learning new skills in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior pasta-making experience is needed!

As a small retreat, we appreciate your commitment when booking. You can cancel with a full refund up to 6 weeks before the retreat. After that, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

No car is needed! Sines is walkable, and we’ll arrange transport for activities. A car offers more freedom to explore nearby beaches.

What is Not Included

Your flight to Lisbon and getting from Lisbon to Sines. But it’s super easy! Buses run regularly, take around 1 hour 45 minutes, and tickets start from just 7€. You can also rent a car if you’d like extra freedom to explore. Need help planning? We’re happy to guide you

Travel Insurance

Please note that travel insurance is not included in the retreat package and is optional. You are welcome to arrange your own travel insurance, or if you prefer, we can provide recommendations for trusted providers.
No problem at all! Surfing is completely optional. You’re free to enjoy the beach, explore the town, or just relax and soak in the retreat experience at your own pace.
Sines is a 90-minute drive from Lisbon. Detailed directions and transportation options will be provided upon booking.
Yes! Many participants travel solo. It's a great way to meet new people in a relaxed setting.
